An unannounced inspection was conducted on March 6, 2020 in response to a complaint received by the Department on February 3, 2020 regarding supervision, physical plant and staff records. The licensing inspectors were on site from approximately 1:30 pm until 2:00 pm. While on site, interviews with staff were conducted, five staff records were reviewed and nap time classroom observations were made. Based on the information gathered, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations therefore the complaint is not valid.
