Standard #: 63.2(17)-1720.1-B-3 Description: Based on staff interview and record review, the licensee did not ensure out state child abuse neglect search request results were received 45 days after request or follow up was documented.
Evidence:
Staff #1 ( hire date 06/10/2019) there was not documentation of a follow up on and Out of State Child Abuse and Neglect Search 45 days after request.Plan of Correction: Youth Programs will ensure out of state child abuse and neglect search request are followed up with ans dacumented with in a 45 day period after the initial request.
