An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 03/13/2020 from 11:45 am - 1:20 pm. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this facility is a licensed child day center. At the time of entrance there were 16 children, ages two - four years, in care with three teaching staff and the program director. Children were observed during nap time. Hand washing was observed prior to nap in the young preschool class. Staff were additionally observed cleaning and sanitizing tables and toys. Records were reviewed for six children and three staff.
