An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11am-2pm. There were 90 children in the direct care and supervision of 14 staff. A sample of 9 children?s files and 47 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed eating lunch and napping. Two new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the administrative teacher. If you have any questions, contact Kimberly.Sawyer@dss.virginia.gov.

Evidence:
All of the substitute and lunch breaking staff were missing their date of hire.Plan of Correction: Lead teacher said he would ask for staff to complete required information.
