Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed staff file requirements with director.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2pm-3:40pm. There were 49 children in the direct care and supervision of 10 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records and 10 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed during dismissal, eating snack, during transition, and washing hands. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the lead teacher. Description: Based on record review, staff files did not include required information.

Evidence:
All staff were missing their hire date.

Plan of Correction: Lead teacher said she would ask them to fill out an document with the required information on it.
