Technical Assistance:
Consultation was given on the Conditional license and background checks. Requested a cover sheet be placed over allergy/preference list or the parent initials and dates permission to post.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted during the Conditional licensure period. 5 classrooms were open with 27 children present with direct care staff. Rooms are well equipped. Observed children transitioning from hand washing, lunch (cheese raviolli, peas and pears), transition from playground, infant care and free play. Emergency medication is on-site with authorizations and storage reviewed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
