On 2/25/2020, a complaint investigation was initiated jointly with a local government agency. The complaint pertained to allegations of care and protection involving one child, behavior guidance and staff training. Staff interviews were conducted, staff records were reviewed and observation of the Center?s own video recording was made. At the time of the investigation, the preponderance of evidence does not support any violations and the complaint has been determined not valid.
