An unannounced complaint investigation was begun today. Based on multiple staff interviews, the preponderance of evidence supports the allegation. The complaint is valid for ratios not always being maintained in the Toddler room. Other violations cited were found during the course of the investigation; however, not part of the original complaint. A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was also conducted today.

Evidence:
It was determined that in the mornings, the Toddler classroom had 6 to 7 toddlers with 1 staff, from 8:30 AM - 9:00 or 9:30 AM.
In the afternoon, after 4:00 PM when classrooms combine there were 16 to 18 Toddlers with 2 staff.Plan of Correction: A Floater will be hired and placed in classrooms during high traffic times
