An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 3/2/2020 from 12:30pm to 1:25pm, in response to a complaint that was received by the Fairfax licensing office on 2/21/2020, regarding special services. Based on staff interviews, review of documentation and an interview with a local agency, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support the complaint; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
