Standard #: 22VAC40-191-40-D-3-D Description: Based on review, 1 of 2 Board Officers had a search of the central registry (CPS check) documentation that was more than 5 years since it was originally processed.
Evidence -
1. Board Officer #2 had on file a CPS check that was dated 05/29/2013.
2. Through information relayed to licensing by the Owner of the Augusta School, it was conveyed that this person was a board officer and not a board member.Plan of Correction: In an email dated 03/13/2019, a copy of a search of the central registry (yet to be sent) was submitted to the LI (Licensing Inspector). The LI was informed that this documentation was sent for Board Officer #2 to OBI.
The center is now waiting for the results of this request. Once the finding has been obtained, we will forward a copy to the LI. The finding was obtained 05/14/2020 and has been corrected.
