Discussed new requirements and training due by March, 2020. Update transportation policy for the current year.

An unannounced inspection was conducted from 1050- 12:00. There were two children and the vendor's child present for a total of 5 points. The Vendor had records available for review and the home was walked through and no hazards observed. The vendor has a dog and the dog was kept upstairs or taken outside. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-160-B Description: Based on record review and observation, it was determined the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. Evidence: 1. Today child #5 was present and the child's name was not listed on the attendance. 2. The past weeks are recorded and has the time children arrive sometimes but does not include departure and re arrival times. 3. The children leave to go to camp and return later on in the day. Child #5 was present and vendor said she watches the child sometimes. There was no record of the child. Plan of Correction: I will have mom fill out information.
