Standard #: 22VAC40-665-540-A Description: Based on record review and interview, staff did not submit documentation of a tuberculosis test/screening that had been completed within the last 30 calendar days prior to the first date of employment.
Evidence: The TB screening submitted by Staff #1 (date of hire: 2/10/2020) is dated 6/12/2019.Plan of Correction: Staff will receive an updated TB Screening as soon as it is safe to do so.
