The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
Discussion was also held on the need to obtain an updated immunization page for Child #1. While the child is under two years of age and it has been more than 6 months since the last update, leniency has been given since the shot record expired during the time the most doctor's offices were closed due to the pandemic. Please obtain a updated copy as soon as possible.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on May 27, 2020. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were (9) children present and (3) classroom staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (2) new staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
