Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternative remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. An on-site inspection of the facility was not conducted at this time.

A scheduled renewal inspection was completed on 6/16/20, The program director was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were no children or staff present, as the program has been temporarily closed since mid-March 2020, due to the health pandemic. The inspector emailed the program director a list of items required to complete the inspection, and from that information submitted, the inspector reviewed 2 child records, 2 staff records, and operational records to ensure documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined one area of non-compliance with applicable standards or laws, which has been documented on the violation notice issued. Questions about this inspection may be directed to pamela.sneed@dss.virginia.gov
