A Subsidy Health and Safety virtual review was conducted on 6/16/17 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The center was closed during this time.The two reviews combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
