The licensing inspection and director discussed 665-(5)-580-A-3 regarding safe sleep guidelines and crib sheets.

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 9:30 AM and ending at 12:30 PM. There were 82 children in care during the inspection. The children's ages ranged from 5 months through 5 years old. The children were observed cleaning up and washing hands before lunch. The children were observed eating lunch which consisted of chicken nuggets, green beans, apple sauce, and milk. Five staff records and 7 children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The outdoor play area was not inspected due to inclement weather. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 8/9/19. The most recent fire inspection was dated 9/25/19. The most recent health inspection was dated 9/12/19.
