An unannounced inspection was conducted on May 19, 2020, May 27, 2020 and July 16, 2020 regarding a self-reported incident which was received in the Valley Licensing Office on May 19, 2020. This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
On May 27, 2020, there were 39 children present with 16 staff members present. Four staff members were interviewed and one child's record was reviewed. There were no violations of the licensing standards.
