This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The provider was contacted by telephone (video call) to initiate the inspection.
Thank you for the time and assistance with the unannounced focused monitoring inspection that was conducted today, August 3, 2020 from 10:35 a.m. to 12:05 p.m.. The inspection was a follow-up to violations cited during an inspection that was conducted on July 24, 2019, July 31, 2019 and August 19,2019. There were 58 children present and in the care of 10 staff members with five additional staff members available to assist if necessary. Two classrooms and the playground were virtually observed, and four staff were interviewed. There were no violations of the licensing standards.
