This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An announced non-mandated capacity modification inspection was conducted on August 11, 2020. The director was contacted by face time to initiate the inspection. A virtual inspection was completed, the licensing inspector toured the new space, bathrooms, and emergency evacuation route. Items reviewed during the inspection were first aid kit, non-emergency supplies, medication storage, and emergency evacuation maps.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violation with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. A recommendation for an increase in capacity will be submitted for approval.
