Gave new requirements training on changes to regulations - example Proof of ID of each child enrolled. Also went over the Health and safety training completion date of March, 2020 Fire Evacuation needs to be done today.

An unannounced inspection was conducted from 10- 11. The Vendor has children enrolled but no one was present this morning because of a family emergency, The Vendor has files maintained, First Aid/CPR certification, and attended over 16 hours in training. The home was checked and Vendor has two areas set up for the kids and has procedures in place for emergencies. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-170-B Description: Based on review of children's maintained information, it was determined that all required items were not maintained. Evidence: 1. Child 1, 2, and 3 were missing name of parents' employment, emergency contact, and completed emergency care authorization. Plan of Correction: I thought it was together and will talk with the parent tomorrow.
