Technical Assistance:
Discussed with Head of School and Owner: Allowable Variance form, Extended Day program for the Montessori School (grades K-6), Out of State background search requirements, and new requirements as of 7/1/20.

Comments:
An Initial Inspection was conducted today. Due to COVID-19 concerns the inspection was conducted virtually. 6 staff records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for missing items. The physical plant was viewed, classrooms 3 classrooms are set up for use. A nearby park will be used for the required outside time for children. First aid and emergency supplies are in compliance. The capacity for the facility is based on the architectural designs submitted and may be changed once in-person measurements can be taken.
