A complaint was received at the Central Licensing Office on 7/13/2020, regarding care and protection and behavioral guidance at the center. An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 7/23/2020, and ended on August 13, 2020. The complaint pertained to allegations of care and protection involving one child and behavior guidance. The investigation included observation, review of reports/documentation and staff interviewed. At the time of the investigation, the preponderance of evidence does not support any violations.
