22VAC40-185 STAFFING AND SUPERVISION.

A complaint investigation was conducted regarding an allegation related supervision and staff-to-child ratios. This investigation was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The investigation was initiated on August 27, 2020. Interviews were conducted on August 27 and August 28. Two staff record, one child?s record, and documentation was reviewed. There were no violations were issued as a result of this inspection due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
