1. Reviewed/trained vendor on new subsidy requirements. 2. Forms provided: proof of identity, and attendance.

10:45-11:30am Annual unannounced subsidy inspection completed. No children were present today, but 3 are currently enrolled. Met with the vendor to determine compliance with subsidy regulations. The childcare areas of the home were found to be clean, safeguarded appropriately, and sufficiently supplied with toys and equipment for the children. The vendor participates in the USDA Food Program and is currently certified in CPR/First Aid. No non-compliances found today.
