This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/22/2020 in response to a self-reported injury that occurred on 06/10/2020.
Based on the information gathered which included staff interviews and a review of written policies and injury reports no violations were found.
