Provided Vendor with a sheet to record all 3 emergency drills. Also, gave Vendor the training on newer regulations.
- Comments:

An unannounced inspection was conducted today at 250 PM. The Vendor was present with 4 children and her own two children for a total of 9 points. The Vnedor had all records maintained and the system was well organized and up to date. The Vendor has already completed the 3 hours of the updated Health and Safety online training. Vendors CPR and First Aid is also current. Playing, hand washing, and activities were observed as well. Attendance records are kept current and Allergy list indicates there is no one currently with food allergies. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-410-A-3 Description: Based on interview and record review, it was determined the vendor did not practice an annual lockdown drill. Plan of Correction: I will have one this month.
