This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 05/18/2020 and concluded on 09/22/2020. A complaint incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of supervision. The director was contacted by telephone on 05/28/2020 to conduct the investigation. The director faxed the licensing inspector a list of documentation required to complete the investigation. Additional interviews were conducted on 06/03/2020 and 06/05/2020. Additional information from local agencies was obtained on 08/05/2020 and 08/12/2020.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
