The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 7/13/2020. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of staff records, supervision and storage of infant formula and breast milk. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, part of the complaint was initiated on 7/20/2020 by a telephone call. Because of the extended state of emergency, inspections continue to not be conducted onsite for an unidentified period of time. The allegations related to supervision and staff records were then conducted on 9/25/2020 by the inspector contacting the center director. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
