Comments:
A virtual inspection was conducted on 10/15/20. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was conducted via mobile video app as well as phone and email correspondence. According to the director there were 7 children present directly supervised by 3 staff. 3 staff records, 3 children?s records were reviewed. Evacuation drills and policies and facility were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and participating in virtual learning . There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. Violations are indicated in the violation notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B
Description: Based on observation it was determined that Cleaning agents were not kept in a locked place.

Evidence:1.: During virtual inspection a spray bottle marked " bleach" was observed on top of the counter at the sink in girls bathroom.
2: During virtual inspection tour cleaning agents were on observed on top of the desk at the entrance of the facility

Plan of Correction: During inspection director store both item in cabinets following prompting.

Standard #: 22VAC40-185-560-F
Description: Based on review of required documentation it was determined that a menu of food served for that week was not posted for the parents

During inspection: the menu posted did not have food selections for the week of inspection ( 10/15/20 )2: Director stated that the menu is filled in at the end of each day.

Plan of Correction: Director stated they update the week prior.
