An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 10/06/2020 and was concluded on 10/15/2020 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 09/14/2020 regarding staff training and behavioral guidance. Telephone interviews with staff and record reviews were conducted relating to the allegations on 10/15/2020. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid".
