A renewal inspection was completed today at a new location for this center. All of the inside of the center and the outside of the center were inspected. Center staff had prepared for children to attend in person (they have been attending virtually) by having all the required emergency supplies, toys, cots, cleaning supplies and other supplies to be able to open. Two children's records and two staff records were reviewed previously by email. The playground is in the process of being completed (fencing, mulch) and the head start director stated it would not be used until completed which should be before children enter care in December. Covid-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs have been reviewed with the director. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with the applicable standards or law.
