This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A subsidy complaint inspection was conducted on November 12, 2020. A subsidy complaint was received by the department on November 9, 2020 regarding allergies to foods. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector emailed the director a list of documentation required to complete the investigation. Three children records, three staff records and a USDA Intolerance/Allergy form were reviewed, and four staff members were interviewed.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with subsidy standards.
