Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A complaint inspection was initiated on 10/6/2020 and was concluded on 10/20/2020. A complaint was received by the Department regarding allegations in the area Supervision The Director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector also spoke to teachers and assistant teachers. Based upon the interviews with staff, the preponderance of evidence supports the allegation and so the complaint is determined to be valid.
