A self-reported incident was received and initiated on October 5, 2020 and concluded on December 1st. The owner of the center stated that inappropriate discipline of a child by a staff in the school age room had been reported to the center. The center provided video footage of the reported incident. Interviews were conducted with staff and the owner. Based on the information gather during the investigation there is no evidence to support the allegation and self-report is not valid.
