The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 11/30/2020 and concluded on 12/04/2020. The Provider was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were two groups present with 2:1 in the two's class and 4:1 in the three's classroom. Reviewed a sample of children and staff records, trainings, medication review
(no medication was reported to be on-site today), emergency preparation, nutrition and supervision. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.
