Training regarding the changes to the vendor agreement standards were conducted during this inspection.
- Comments:

An annual health and safety inspection was conducted today. The vendor was present with 3 children in care, totaling 10 points. The children were observed playing and napping. Lunch today the children had chicken, potato quinoa and bananas for lunch. Lots of interaction between vendor and children, talking and playing. Toys and space are easy for the children to navigate. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-170-A Description: Based on the review of children's records, it was determined that the vendor does not have a written or electronic record for one child in care. Evidence: The vendor has one child that started trial care ( two hours a day) yesterday. The vendor failed to have any records for the child. Plan of Correction: I will give her paperwork to fill out when she comes to pick her daughter up.
