Comments:
An initial inspection was conducted virtually by licensing staff, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An announced initial inspection was initiated on December 18, 2020 and concluded on December 18, 2020. The director was contacted by FaceTime to initiate the inspection. All designated areas and furnishings for child care were toured virtually. Items reviewed during the inspection include: required posted information, parent pick-up/drop off procedures, emergency maps and exits, the first-aid kit, restrooms, transportation procedures, and the daily schedule. According to the floor plan submitted, the facility can easily accommodate the requested 200 children. The ages served will be 5 years to 12 years.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
