A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 1/19 and concluded on 1/20/21. The Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 13 children present and 3 staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations.
