This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 1/19 and concluded on 1/20/21. The Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 13 children present and 3 staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. One violation was found.
