The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. Follow up to covidquestions@dss.virginia.gov about push pack supplies.
Consultation was also given on out of state background check requirements for employees.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/12/2021 and concluded on 1/27/2021. The Provider was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were forty children present in 6 groups with dirct care staff in ratios for supervision. Reviewed nutrition, sample of children and staff records, trainings, medication authroizations and storage as well as emergency preparation (drills and emergency supplies). FaceTime was used by the Licensing Inspector to observe the infant and toddler classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
