This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on January 29.2019 and concluded on the same date. The Director and additional staff were contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 21 children present and separated into 3 classes with staff. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The Program does not have children with any listed food allergies and no one is currently required to have medication.
