The Licensing Inspector reviewed COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs with the Director.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted to investigate a complaint received by the department related to Supervision of Children: care, protection and guidance at the center. The inspection was initiated on 1/5/2021 and concluded on 2/1/2021 with an exit interview. The director was contacted by telephone and an interview was conducted and documentation was reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law.
