Discussion with the Licensed Program Manager included the following areas: Health and Safety procedures with regards to the pandemic and the current state of emergency; a discussion of the name convention with the dropping of "Loudoun P&R -" as it appears on each license during the time of renewal; and the change in policy with regards to snack and having the children bring their snack from home during this year.
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 02/04/2021. The Licensed Program Manager was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. Due to the pandemic, the center is closed with no children or staff present on site. The inspector emailed the Licensed Program Manager a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed (3) staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. Due to zero enrollment, a review of children files was unable to be conducted.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were cited.
