Technical Assistance:
Training regarding the changes to the vendor agreement standards were conducted during this inspection.

Comments:
A 30 day move inspection was conducted today. The vendor has 3 children in care totalling 10 points. The new space is set up with toys and space for the children. The vendor is making soup with chicken, rice and veggies for lunch today. Lots of interaction between the children and the vendor observed during the inspection. Description: Based on the review of the vendors paperwork , it was determined that the vendor failed to keep an up to date attendance record. Evidence: The vendor does not have attendance records that are up to date, the last time attendance was recorded was April 30, 2019.

Plan of Correction: I will make sure I take attendance every day.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-390-A-1
Description: Based on the review of the first aid kit the vendor is missing one of the components to make the first aid kit complete. Evidence: The first aid kit is missing a thermometer.
