This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An announced initial inspection was completed on February 10. 2021. The LI met with the Site Director to complete the inspection. The physical plant, 2 staff files, fire and health inspection, staff training, emergency plans and procedures were inspected appropriately from 10:02 am and 11:00 am. There is currently 1 staff certified in MAT (medication administration training). There were no children enrolled on the day the inspection was conducted.
