This complaint investigation was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
The remote investigation was initiated on 1/19/2021 and concluded on 2/3/2021, in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 1/19/2021, regarding physical plant maintenance procedures. Based upon staff interviews, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation, does not support the allegations. The complaint is deemed not valid.
