The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
Due to Covid-19, sanitizing agents are being used frequently, you are reminded that all cleaning agents must remain locked when not in use.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A Renewal inspection was conducted via Facetime today. A total of 30 children with 8 staff were on site. A total of 4 classrooms were occupied during the inspection. A walk through of both levels of the center was conducted and observation of 2 of the 4 classrooms was made. Children were observed socially distancing from each other by sitting at individual tables or tables divided by tape to ensure an appropriate distance from each other. The children had their own individual caddy's with their own materials such as crayons and scissors. The children were busy creating class books in the child care class and working with primary colors in the Preschool class. A total of 3 children's records were reviewed electronically and staff certifications were verified via Zoom with admin staff. Staff records, to include background checks, annual training and health screenings are reviewed annually at the administrative office. Thank you for your cooperation with this virtual inspection.
