Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A monitoring inspection was initiated on February 17, 2021and concluded on the same day . The Director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 37 children present in three groups with 8 staff for the half day program. The Inspector told the Director a list of items required to complete the inspection and the Inspector reviewed the records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The Program has increased enrollment and only has one medication stored for a child with an allergy. There are Staff present with MAT training during hours of operation.
