The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
Consultation was given on cleaning supply storage, tummy time documentation, injury report forms and diapering/supervision in the 2's classroom.
- Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A virtual Initial inspection was initiated on 2/9/2021 and concluded on 2/19/2021. The Owner was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. No children were present. Reviewed policies and procedures, physical space, emergency preparation, trainings and equipment. The playground was not observed during this visit due to the winter storm. The classrooms were set-up with supplies and equipment that are age-approprate. The recommended total capacity is based on the square footage provided in the initial application and is subject to change once on-site measurements are obtained. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
