This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 02/09/2021 and concluded on 02/24/2021. The Director or in-charge was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 19 children present and 4 staff. The program has created a distance learning classroom with 4 children during the current school year due to COVID. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
